2. Data collected
When you use the contact form we process the details you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company, budget, message and selected website configuration. Security logs may include IP address, request time and technical browser information.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Enquiries are processed to respond to pre-contractual requests and to prepare a proposal (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Security logging and abuse prevention may rely on legitimate interests in operating a secure service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Optional analytics or marketing technologies, if introduced, will remain disabled until valid consent is given.
4. Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by hosting, email, payment or professional service providers only where needed. Any provider and international transfer mechanism must be documented before that service is activated. WhatsApp, Telegram, PayPal and card providers operate under their own privacy terms when you choose to use them.

Project enquiries are normally retained for up to 365 days, unless a contract, legal retention duty, dispute or request requires a different period. Technical session data expires when the session ends.
